Cake Recipe - Chocolate Carrot Cake


material:

     3 pcs Carrot (grated finely lengthwise)
     125 g chocolate (melted)
     1 / 2 tsp Soda Cake


     30 g Cocoa
     2 tsp Powdered Spekulas
     50 g Sugar
     3 btr Eggs
     125 ml Cooking Oil
     Essen & Nuts Almond Vanilla to taste
     225 gr Flour
     1 tsp Baking Powder


butter:

     125 gr butter
     2 tablespoons Chocolate Chip
     3 tablespoons Sugar Fine
     2 tsp Cocoa


How to Make:



 
1. Whisk sugar, eggs & vanilla essen. Combine the chocolate has melted.
2. Enter a sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder & spekulas, and mix well.
3. Enter almonds, carrots & edible oil, stir well.
4. Pour into buttered reply within a baking sheet, bake temperature within 120'C for 40-45 minutes, remove from heat.
5. Combine butter, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, cocoa and stir well. Spread jam over cake TSB and serve.
