Ants Nest Cake

Cake Ingredients:

5 eggs
100 gr butter / margarine, melted
200 gr flour


1 teaspoon seasoning spekuk
1 teaspoon baking soda

225 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

Ingredients Caramel:

350 grams sugar
250 ml hot water

How to Make:


 
1. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices spekuk and salt and stir well, then sieve. Set aside.
2. Caramel: cook the sugar until charred (brown) on medium heat and then pour the hot water and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove and let cool.
3. Cake: Beat eggs with whisk / fork, stir the eggs until well blended. Enter the flour mixture and caramel little by little until blended. Then add the melted butter little by little alternately with sweetened condensed milk, stirring continued until well blended and smooth.
4. Pour batter into a baking dish that has been smeared with butter and bake temperature of 175 ° C for 40 minutes until cooked.
