Material 2:
450 g chicken egg70 g wheat flour
37 ml lemon juice
How to make, for the basic cake:
Whisk all ingredients until smooth one.
Add eggs gradually while beat until a soft dough.
3 Pour ingredients, shake until blended.
Pour batter into pan and bake in hot oven 130 C for 1 hour until cooked. Remove and let cool.
Garnish cake with fresh fruit or chocolate to taste.
